I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, while the friendly staff provided a delightful check-in experience with an informative city map, making my strolls around sites like John Wesley's Chapel and Castle Park incredibly enjoyable, so if you love walking in vibrant city settings, this place is a great choice, but the inconsistent housekeeping left a bit to be desired.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. A nice range of hot and cold breakfast options was available, including grilled Teppanyaki fish. Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic, with staff seeming overwhelmed and lacking basic knowledge about hotel amenities. Communication issues regarding food storage led to additional stress during our stay.

The pool and comfy lounge areas were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the slight street noise outside, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

The breakfast was solid, a real mix of hot and cold options, good selection of food like bacon and eggs, can’t go wrong. Also the staff were friendly, offered help when we needed it, and that really turned the stay around for us.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but you know, it was acceptable for what we got.

We enjoyed a lovely evening, especially with the warm birthday surprise from the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel special. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after our city exploration. Don't forget to ask for the veggie sausages at breakfast for a nice twist!

We loved our stay at this place, perfect for families. It's a short walk to spots like Bristol's iconic street art, the SS Great Britain, and the fun St Nicholas Market. Plus, breakfast was a real winner with lots of tasty options!

I had issues with road traffic sounds, and it disrupted my sleep. on the first day, I noticed that the air conditioning unit struggled to turn off and left the room colder than comfortable. If I could recommend one change, it would be to improve sound insulation and the breakfast quality.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar lounge, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly offered me a hot drink to warm up. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.
